If we made the mistake, we reprint. If you approved bad artwork, we'll work with you on a discounted reprint.

Manufacturing defects

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We reprint at no charge and pay return shipping.

Once you approve a proof, the artwork is locked. If a typo or layout issue ships, we'll offer 50% off a corrected reprint.
